This safe hexagonal bur is used to lift the cuticle and open the sinuses. It does not have an abrasive coating like diamond burs or cutting notches like most carbide burs; the working part of this bur is a tapered hexagon.
Used in e-file manicure and pedicure for:
• Soft removal of dense pterygium;
• Final (finishing) treatment of the sinuses.
